ESP Electricity is committed to the protection of the environment. It is company policy to improve the environmental performance of its operations and activities.

It is our aim to:

• Continually strive for improvement in our environmental performance
• Proactively pursue the minimisation of environmental impacts associated with our operations and activities
• Endeavour to eliminate the production of polluting emissions into the environment
• Comply with environmental legislation, regulations and codes of practice pertinent to ESP Electricity’s operations and activities. In the absence of such standards, appropriate standards shall be developed and applied.
• Set objectives and targets and review and revise them regularly with the aim of continual improvement in environmental performance

Sustainability

Sustainability - economic, environmental and social - is a major focus of today's leading companies and we are putting its unique trademark on sustainability by embarking on a three-year process, encompassing comprehensive research, careful planning and company-wide implementation.

Our commitment to protection and enhancement of the environment is a major priority, achieved by implementing and maintaining an Environmental Management System and adhering to our new Environment Policy.

These are all part of a wide range of initiatives to achieve a 'zero tolerance' of unsafe practice. We will continue to encourage a culture that allows our people to make the best decisions, and to initiate and implement safety on the job.
